Indy Custom Apparel is a lead-matching platform. We connect customers in Indianapolis and Central Indiana with independent, third-party custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing and DTF/DTG printing providers. We do not own a print shop, embroidery facility, or manufacturing equipment, and we do not directly produce any apparel ourselves.
Pricing and turnaround are set by the provider
All pricing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and quality standards are determined by the independent provider matched to your project — not by Indy Custom Apparel. Any figures referenced on this site (such as typical price ranges or turnaround windows) are general estimates based on common industry patterns, not guarantees for your specific order.
No false claims of ownership or location
We do not claim to operate a physical office, storefront, or production facility in any city listed on this site beyond what is factually accurate. References to "serving" a city mean we can match customers in that area with a qualified provider — not that we maintain a location there.
No fabricated reviews, awards, or credentials
We do not publish fake testimonials, fabricated reviews, invented awards, or false claims about years in business, staff, or credentials. Any such content would misrepresent both our service and the providers we work with.
Your relationship with the matched provider
Once matched, your production agreement — including pricing, proofs, delivery, and any disputes — is between you and the provider. Indy Custom Apparel facilitates the introduction but is not a party to that production agreement.
