Indy Custom Apparel operates a free matching service that connects customers with independent, third-party custom apparel, embroidery and printing providers in the Indianapolis area. We are not a manufacturer, print shop, or embroidery facility, and we do not directly produce any apparel.
No guarantee of outcomes
While we make reasonable efforts to match your project with a suitable provider, we do not guarantee specific pricing, turnaround times, product quality, or availability. These are determined by the independent provider handling your order, and any agreement for production is between you and that provider.
Accuracy of submitted information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request, including realistic quantities, timelines, and contact details, so we can match you effectively.
No cost to use this service
Submitting a project and being matched with a provider through Indy Custom Apparel is free. You are responsible for any costs agreed to directly with the matched provider.
Limitation of liability
Indy Custom Apparel is not liable for disputes, defects, delays, or damages arising from your transaction with a matched provider. Any such issues should be addressed directly with that provider.
Intellectual property
Any logos, artwork, or designs you submit remain your property. By submitting them, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant matched providers permission to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
