How Indy Custom Apparel Works
We're a free matching service, not a print shop. Here's exactly what happens between submitting your project and getting your order produced.
The short version
You tell us what you need. We match your project to an independent Indianapolis-area provider whose equipment, pricing and experience fit your order. That provider handles pricing, production and turnaround directly with you.
Step by step
Submit your project details. Apparel type, quantity, preferred decoration method (if you know it), and your timeline. Takes about two minutes through any quote form on the site.
We review the details. Your request is matched against Indianapolis-area providers based on decoration method, order size, industry experience and current capacity.
You get connected. A independent provider reaches out directly with pricing, proof timelines, and any clarifying questions about your project.
You approve and they produce. Once you approve a quote and any design proofs, the matched provider handles production, quality control and delivery or pickup.
What we are — and aren't
Indy Custom Apparel does not own or operate a print shop, embroidery facility, or manufacturing equipment. We don't set pricing, control turnaround times, or guarantee specific outcomes — those are determined by the independent provider handling your order. Our role is connecting you with the right provider for your specific project.
Is there a cost to use this service?
No. Submitting a project and getting matched is free. You only pay the provider handling your actual order, at the pricing they quote you directly.
What if I'm not happy with my match?
Let us know. If a matched provider isn't the right fit for your project — wrong capacity, timeline mismatch, or anything else — contact us and we'll work on a better match.
